There are 6 basic areas of Physical Preparation:
Each of these areas can be tailored to better suit your families needs and comfort during a disaster, along with preparing them a disaster before they ever need to be used. In emergency preparedness there is very little difference between physical and psychological preparedness, when you do one you do the other. These are just the first steps in family preparedness. I'll post more in each of these areas later on. Just know this is the best place to start, especailly if your over whelmed. Pick one and work on that area until you feel you can handle more. Remember something is better than nothing.
