The same principles of Food storage apply to pregnancy. There's just a few things that get added to the diet that need to be added to your inventory.
- nausea foods- ginger, mint, soda crackers
- extra water - water needs increase while pregnant and increase again for breastfeeding and formula needs
- Storage highly craved foods when possible - if you notice a trend in your pregnancy of highly craved foods, just stock up. Your husband will appreciate that he just has to run to the pantry and not the store
- Prenatal vitamins and b-vitamins (this can help with nausea as does Unisom)
- Zinc and magnesium can help with post-partum depression and blues

pads - start as soon as your pregnant
